Role Overview

As a Leasing Consultant at Al Ebaad Properties, you’ll manage the full rental process — from marketing and viewings to negotiations and contract finalization — ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including property marketing, negotiations, and contract execution

• Maintain regular communication with landlords and clients to provide updates and insights

• Stay informed about RERA regulations, compliance requirements, and Dubai’s rental market policies

• Conduct property appraisals and valuations to determine competitive pricing

• Generate new listings and identify potential business opportunities

• Collaborate effectively with team members and offer support when required

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling all inquiries promptly and professionally
