As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Commercial Division and are seeking experienced, driven, and ambitious Commercial Real Estate Brokers to join our dynamic team.

At Al Ebaad, we specialize in providing strategic, customized solutions for corporate clients and investors navigating Dubai’s evolving commercial property landscape. The role of a Commercial Real Estate Broker is diverse, fast-paced, and highly rewarding — no two days are ever the same. This is a commission-based position offering uncapped, tax-free earning potential and exceptional opportunities for professional growth and long-term success.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, investors, and developers

  • Identify and present commercial property opportunities, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and investment assets

  • Conduct detailed market research and stay informed about zoning laws, regulations, and economic trends

  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and leasing or sales options

  • Prepare professional proposals and deliver tailored property presentations

  • Negotiate sales, leases, renewals, and investment transactions on behalf of clients

  • Conduct site inspections, valuations, and due diligence activities

  • Maintain accurate records of client data, listings, and interactions in the CRM system

  • Create and implement marketing and leasing strategies to optimize property performance and enhance client asset value

 

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within commercial or B2B real estate

  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s commercial property market

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and advisory skills

  • Knowledge of lease structures, ROI calculations, and investment analysis

  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven

  • Valid UAE driving licence

  • Financially stable (minimum of six months’ savings required, as this is a commission-only role)

  • Minimum educational qualification: GCSE level or higher

  • Available to start immediately
