Key Responsibilities

• Listings Management: Support your assigned broker in acquiring and managing property listings and maintaining up-to-date inventory.
• Assist with Valuations: Work alongside the broker during property valuations, gaining practical insights into different property types, areas, and valuation techniques.
• Client Follow-Up: Communicate with buyers to ensure top-quality service and coordinate property viewings when needed.
• Market Appraisal Calls: Make daily calls to schedule property appraisals for the broker and assist in lead generation.
• Form A Renewals & Tru Check Properties: Provide administrative and operational assistance to help maintain smooth processes.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll learn directly from experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and industry knowledge. The program typically lasts between 6 to 12 months, with the potential for career progression based on performance.
